I train and mentor on how to have healthy and productive conflict, so you can build amazing products and services.
Where interpersonal issues are interfering with the execution of your team or organization, I offer relationship coaching to get to the heart of what’s happening, understand how to repair and rebuild the relationship, and learn how to get back on track.
