Team Lift Off
Taking the time and attention to lay the groundwork for a new team to be successful will help your team move into high performance mode faster.
During team lift off, I’ll help your team understand it’s collective strengths, create baseline agreements for how to engage productively with each other, understand the mission and business opportunities, and learn how to skillfully navigate conflict to create high performance.

Team Tune Up
Even the most effective teams can lose their edge over time. What worked fabulously a year ago may no longer serve. If your team feels like they’re just going through the motions and no longer innovating, you may need to engage in the process of debugging the team.
The debugging process includes a deep and broad assessment of what’s happening inside the team and in the ecosystem surrounding it. Based on findings, I’ll partner with you to implement the necessary changes to get your team back to performing.
